The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Graham Jewelers stand apart from their competitors. Chris told us, “We are going to teach them about jewelry and assist them in making a wise decision on what they select. We are going to educate them on jewelry to make the correct choices.”
When asked about the Graham Jewelers mission, Chris said, “It starts with the staff, train them well. Provide people can come to work enjoy it, go home and enjoy their families. Have a balance to better offer customer service. If employees are happy it’s easier to deliver better customer service.”
