After 16 years in business, Lonnie Q’s BBQ usually sells-out within the first two hours of daily operation. As a point of reference, that’s about 200 happy customers within the first two hours of opening! With a reputation like that, we had to learn more about how this beloved local BBQ has gotten to where they are today.
We were excited to learn all about how Lonnie Q’s BBQ has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the Manager, Brooke Busenitz.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Lonnie Q’s BBQ stand apart from their competitors. For this local favorite, it comes down to personal love and involvement. Brooke shared with us:
“Lonnie is on-site every single day, and he is the one who cooks and serves every order of food. He is all about customer service.
