We were excited to learn all about how Anderson Law Office has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the attorney, Scott Anderson.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Anderson Law Office stand apart from their competitors. Scott told us that he makes himself incredibly available to his clients. He said:
“My accessibility is second to none. I answer my own calls and get back to people quickly. People appreciate that I’ll listen to them and find ways to solve their problems.”
We also wanted to know about the business mission or how Anderson Law Office works to make the world a better place. Scott said:
“Most people that come to me have had something catastrophic happen in their life. My job is to calm them down, let them know that we’re all human and make mistakes, and let them know that the important thing is to learn from their mistake and make sure they don’t repeat the same mistake.”

“The two most important things you can do are: always treat your customer or client with respect and [always treat them] fairly. You also need to be ethical. Over time, people will reward that effort. Also, don’t get too far upfield. Try to focus on one or two things that you do really well instead of 100 things that you do OK.”
Scott concluded our chat with this sentiment:
“I’m very proud of what I’ve been able to accomplish. Very few businesses or professions have an opportunity in their job to get satisfaction from their job. What is most rewarding for me is the great amount of satisfaction from the clients that I work with. The thing I never knew would happen is that those people that gave me the satisfaction of doing a good job would refer others to me, which is doubly satisfying. Once you get a referral, you know that your client knows that you did a great job, too.”
