We were excited to learn all about how Andy’s Taxi Service has been able to build such an awesome reputation, so we sat down with the owner, Andile Ntozake.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Andy’s Taxi Service stand apart from their competitors. In Andile’s words, “It doesn’t matter what you tell the customer. What matters most is the kind of service you give to them. I take them to wherever they’re going. That’s all. I don’t try to put anybody down. I don’t try to say I’m better than any other taxi. With the way I treat them, they’ll come back next time. I’ll give them my card. That’s all.”
When asked about the Andy’s Taxi Service mission, Andile said, “My mission is to give good service and take people where they’re going without getting in trouble. I don’t speed and don’t put their life in danger. I have a very clean cab.”
Building Success Through Honesty

“Be honest with passengers; don’t try to rip them off. It doesn’t matter if it’s a $3 ride. Even if it’s a $3 ride, you just go straight to a $3 ride. Don’t make a $3 ride a $6 or $7 ride in order to get more money out of the customer.”
