We spoke with Moe Hosaini, the Managing Partner of Deluxe Limousine & Transportation, about the business’ incredible reputation online.
Of course, the very first thing we wanted to know was the secret is to Deluxe Limousine & Transportation’s success. “[It’s] listening to your customers and responding to them, even if they have a complaint,” Moe said. “No one is perfect, right? So, if something goes wrong, we listen to them and make sure to get the job done right. For example, if we screwed up or something happened, we either compensate them or comp them for another reservation or something to try to please them.”
It is important to the Deluxe Limousine & Transportation to give their customers the absolute best in limousine service. Moe said, “We run our business more like a corporation than like a mom-and-pop shop. We run a professional organization. We answer calls professionally; we make sure our chauffeurs are professional, that everyone speaks English and well-dressed, and that our vehicles are well-maintained.”

Moe and his team are highly dedicated to making sure that their community is well-served. “One of the reasons why we started this business was because, when I first moved to Texas, there was a lot of drinking and driving here in our area. It was horrible. There were barely any limo companies back then; it was just one or two. A lot of other limo companies were coming from Houston, so there wasn’t as much. So, we opened this to basically try to save lives and run a business, a profitable business. We are trying to keep drunk people off the roads. We are not doctors, but it’s our way of saving lives,” he said.

“Honestly, customer service is the key for everything. To have good customer service, make sure you are prompt and responsive. One of the reasons it took me forever to respond to your email was because I was so busy taking care of my clients. Make sure you respond to your customers’ emails and calls, in a very professional manner, and be understanding of their situation and needs. You are providing a service. At the end of the day, people have a specific need. You gotta understand their needs and respond to their needs.”
