“I was a sales manager at Budget for 12 years of my life. In 2008-2009, it was a bad year for everyone and I was let go. So, I wanted to start another business and didn’t want to work for anyone else again.” He learned that it takes incredible dedication to make things work, saying, “When you want to be successful, you have no choice. You have to build it and make it big and make it your own. You have to be consistent; you have to distinguish yourself from the crowd and give 110 percent every day. By giving quality customer service, professionalism, and strong work ethic, you will get you noticed.”
