As far as building a relationship with that person, I am with them from the beginning to the end. I don’t pass them off to some guy, then to another guy. They call in; they come in; they get educated and get a quote, and see that face to a name. By the end, they feel like they owe it to us to leave a five-star review because I normally save them time and money.”
