We were excited to learn all about how Lockstar has been able to build such an outstanding reputation, so we sat down with Mike and Julie Giangiulo.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Lockstar stand apart from their competitors. Julie and Mike told us, “We are friendly and honest. We are very big on safety; we use the best quality brands.”
Building Success Through Planning
Of course, we couldn’t let Julie and Mike go without finding out what they believe to be their secret to success. They said, “We learned years ago that you can’t say ‘yes’ to everyone. You must give honest ETAs and honest prices. If something comes up, we make sure to communicate with the customer.”
When asked about how they market and grow their business, Mike and Julie said that they mostly get clients through word of mouth and by handing out business cards.
