“It’s the quality. We don’t instruct our customers to leave reviews. We don’t do a whole ton of advertising; we don’t pay a lot of companies for this. We do what we do; we do our job, and we do it well — that’s the best thing you can do. The word will get out. The thing about a locksmith is, when you do a good job, they will maybe tell one or two friends and pass the word along. If you do a bad job, they’ll maybe tell 100 friends. Keep your quality right, and keep your employees doing the job up to your standards.”
