Chris, the owner of Ichiban Karate School, generously gave us a few minutes of his time to tell us about this one-of-a-kind business and its award-winning online reputation.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that sets Ichiban Karate School apart from the many other martial arts centers in Kentucky. Here’s Chris’s response:
“We have one of the larger and nicer facilities, but what I think really makes a difference is that I am a great teacher. My students respond to that. They enjoy themselves in class, and I think it is important for them to be relaxed. I have high standards for behavior and performance, but within that, I have fun with my students. When they have a good time, they are willing to go on the internet and say positive things about us.”
