We were excited to learn all about how Tiger-Rock Martial Arts Academy has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the owner, Shannon Donnell.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Tiger-Rock Martial Arts Academy stand apart from their local competitors. Shannon told us that they are one of the more progressive martial arts academies. He also shared that the way they treat their students is important to them. He said:
“We treat all of our students like family. We get to know them and guide them based on their personalities.”
Building Success Through Community
Tiger-Rock Martial Arts Academy has certainly managed to build an impressive online reputation, so we were excited to learn about what kinds of marketing strategies they have used over the years. Shannon told us that they have utilized social media platforms to make posts to keep their community updated about all that is going on. They are excited about the number of organic reviews they have gotten thanks to social media.
Offline, they are active in their neighborhood and sponsor a community event called Family Fest, and through a program they host called the ‘Rise Program’. Shannon said:
