We wanted to learn all about RPS Carpet and Flooring Wholesalers and its impressive online reputation, so we took a few minutes to talk with the General Manager, Rob Smith.
The first question we had for Rob was what is it that sets RPS Carpet and Flooring Wholesalers apart from their competition in Maryland. Here’s Rob’s response:

“I’ve never really called it too much of a mission statement; I usually try to put my actions in front of it. Part of my logo says, ‘A Race to Service.’ I like the service part of it. Anybody can tell customers about products. Everybody buys the same product from the same place pretty much. It’s just about giving the customer detailed information about the right product and the right selection for the application that they’re looking for.”
