We were excited to learn all about how Healing Souls Massage Therapy has been able to build such an excellent reputation, so we sat down with the owner, Ken Morrow.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Healing Souls Massage Therapy stand apart from their competitors. In Ken’s words, “I don’t believe that I have competitors. There’s not enough people to take care of everyone in this industry. We really care who the clients are and about their wellbeing. It’s about helping the clients out and not making a dollar. That’s the fulfilling part of my job. The clients are the bottom line, not the money.”
When asked about the Healing Souls Massage Therapy mission, Ken said, “I think you should take care of the clients that take care of you.”

We couldn’t let Ken go without finding out what he considers to be his business’ secret to success. “A lot of it has to do with client involvement. We like to keep everyone updated through text messages,” he told us. According to Ken, his business grows the most through community involvement and word of mouth.
