We wanted to learn what makes this award-winning business tick, so we took a few minutes to talk with Aaron Shields, co-owner of Mudita Massage & Wellness.
To kick off our conversation, we asked Aaron about what it is that makes Mudita Massage & Wellness unique compared to the many other massage therapy clinics in New Hampshire. Aaron told us:
“We offer more than just massage therapy; we are also a yoga studio. It’s a partnership between me and Kat. We are partners in pretty much everything we do. We do couple’s massages, and it’s a couple giving a couple a massage, which I think a lot of people like. We are very community-focused. We are trying to build community through the lens of wellness. We put on a lot of workshops, and we highlight local artists, whether it be music or paintings, drawings, etc. with our classes.”
We also asked Aaron about the Mudita Massage & Wellness mission and how they work to make the world a better place. Here’s his response:
“We want to care for every person who walks through the door and make their life a little bit better. However we can do that, that’s what we’re aiming to do.”
