We were excited to learn all about how Walker’s Drive In has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the General Manager, Effie Kappis Hubanks.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Walker’s Drive In stand apart from their local competitors. Effie told us about the freshness of the ingredients they use. Walker’s Drive In gets all of their fish in-house to cut and filet. Effie says:
“It’s the quality of product that we use that brings a lot of people back.”
This level of dedication to quality helps Walker’s Drive In to meet their mission, which Effie tells us is to serve delicious food.

Walker’s Drive In has managed to build an impressive online reputation. Effie shared with us that many of their guests are travelers who have found their restaurant because of positive reviews.
