We wanted to learn what makes this award-winning business tick, so we took a few minutes to talk with Andrew Mayes, the owner of Pure Heart Movers.
To kick off our conversation, we asked Andrew about what makes Pure Heart Movers unique compared to the many other moving service companies in Georgia. Andrew told us:
“Being a small company allows us to work better with customers sometimes. Bigger companies may not take certain jobs because they are too small. We will take those jobs. Bigger companies are sometimes bound by corporate policies. We are not going to nickel and dime you like some other moving companies, such as charging for dollies.”
Andrew went on to tell us that, before he opened Pure Heart Movers, he worked for three years at other moving companies, where he learned about the administrative side of things. He has developed Pure Heart Movers to meet the varying needs of his clients. For example, they can provide a truck when needed or just labor in situations where the clients have their own trucks.
