Not Your Average Nail Salon
We were excited to learn all about A Show Of Hands and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner (with June Gini and Jeanne Fudge), Tammi Yoder. Tammi started her journey with A Show of Hands as a receptionist and came back after going to school.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes A Show Of Hands stand apart from its competitors. Tammi told us that they are old-school, meaning that, at their shop, everyone knows one another. They are personable and get to know their clients as friends. She said that they provide the kind of service that creates loyal customers. She said:
“It is important when people come in that they feel like an individual and not a number. Whether they come in for hair or nails or whatever, we want them to feel special. If we have clients that don’t show up, we call them and find out what’s wrong, because we want to check up on them.”
Building Success, Online and Off
