We were excited to learn all about how Hi-Nails has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with one of their employees, Quinn.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Hi-Nails stand apart from their local competitors. Quinn told us that they treat their customers like family and have customers of all ages who want a variety of services. They try to stay on top of new trends in the market, and want to make their customers happy and satisfied. She told us a bit more about their company’s mission, which she describes as:
“[Our mission is to] make people feel better by having them relax, pamper them, and leave them smiling.”
Building Success Through Referrals
With over 16 years in business, we wanted to know more about what kinds of marketing techniques have helped Hi-Nails to establish such an impressive reputation.
