Not Your Average Hair And Beauty Salon
We were excited to learn all about The Dover Parlor LLC and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with owner and stylist, Danielle Frothingham.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes The Dover Parlor LLC stand apart from its competitors. Danielle told us about their comfortable and welcoming environment. They promote a judgment-free space and work to make people feel good. They want people to be able to treat themselves to their services, so they are committed to keeping them affordable. Danielle first opened the salon when she was only 21, after experiencing work at other salons where she did not like the environment. She knew she wanted to open a place that was open, comfortable, welcoming, friendly, and where people felt accepted.
At The Dover Parlor LLC, they do men’s cuts, women’s cuts, kids’ cuts, waxing, and extensions. They just moved into a new location on 6th St., which is a larger location for them.
Danielle told us about her awesome team, and wanted to introduce them here:
“Suzanne is an esthetician. Our hair stylists are Danielle, Lindsay, Siana, and Rebecca. Meaghan is our full-time receptionist.”
