We were excited to learn all about Modern Optometry and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Dr. Rebecca Verna.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Modern Optometry stand apart from its competitors. Dr. Verna told us that they give personalized service compared to some of the bigger retail chains. They try to treat every one of their patients like they are family.
Dr. Verna told us about their commitment to excellence and how they work to be the best:
“We constantly have staff meetings; we are always working on how to improve the patient’s experience in our office. It’s not something we’re lax about. We’re constantly trying to improve and educate our staff, so that we can pass on the best service and the best products to our patients.”
