Dawn, the marketing director at the office of Alanson M. Randol DDS, took some time to chat with us regarding the business’ impressive online reputation.

First things first, we wanted to know their secret to success! Dawn credits it to a talented team that works like clockwork. “The doctor strives to stick to his mission statement to care for the patients needs first, putting them first and not doing anything that is not necessary,” she said. “I think our patient care just can’t be topped. There are 29 staff members including both doctors. Everyone comes to work with the same goal in mind — it’s not about them individually, it’s about the team and that overflows to the patients. On a daily basis if there is something not working we get together and solve it — it’s not left to the mentality of ‘that’s not my problem’. We solve it together!”

Making the World a Better Place By Finding Every Opportunity To Give Back

We asked Dawn how she and the rest of her team how they give back to their community. “We’re always striving to find different ways to donate our time. We did a Veteran’s Day volunteer day with no pay to us and no charge to veterans for whatever care they needed, to show them we know what they have sacrificed for us and we want to give back to them,” she said. “People in the military are always taught that it’s not about them, it’s about others and we wanted to have the same mentality. During Christmas we do a non-profit program called Wish Upon A Star — you could nominate any friend or family member and we picked two cases to do some dental work for no matter the need at no charge to them! Recognizing that we’re successful not just of who is here but how we treat others!”

“Just get involved in the community. Use Facebook because it’s practically free advertising. Your community loves to see you giving back. We really go above and beyond, and don’t be afraid to spend a little on giving back. Social Media has just been the best, just be active on it. If people can’t see that you’re socially active they have a hard time trusting that you’re a good business. The newspaper even runs a Reader’s Choice Award and we’ve won that the last few years! It’s a trusted source especially in a smaller community.”
