Not Your Average Pet Groomer
We were excited to learn all about how Barks N’ Bubbles Dog Grooming has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the Jowner, Logan Vielicki.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Barks N’ Bubbles Dog Grooming stand apart from their competitors. Logan was excited to tell us about the way she staggers out her daily appointments, making it so that no client is waiting around all day and no dog is left waiting in a cage all day. She shared:
“At a lot of groomers, dogs will sit there for six or seven hours, and I’m not like that.”
She wants to give dog-owners a good feeling about where they are taking their beloved pets. She said:
“I’m just trying to make people as confident about leaving their animal with me as possible because I have my own dogs and I would want to be as confident as I could be when leaving them in the care of someone else.”
Building Success Through Customer Service
Barks N’ Bubbles Dog Grooming has managed to build an incredible reputation over the years, so we were excited to learn about some of the ways they have managed to market and grow their business. Logan keeps her clients updated by posting photos on their Facebook page every day. Offline, word of mouth has been their primary source for new business. In addition to their customers spreading the word about them, Logan said that she always keeps business cards on her, and she has participated in benefit walks and made raffle donations.
