We spoke with Kelly Sommers, the owner of Dog Days of Sommer, about her business’ enviable online reputation.
Being an award-winning business, Dog Days of Sommer must have something special that sets them apart from the pack. When we asked Kelly what that is, she said, “We’re really, really clean and it doesn’t stink here like it does some mornings. We’re really particular about the sanitation and the cleanliness. We focus on just keeping our puppies happy and giving them lots of love.”
We wanted to know how Kelly and her team make the world a better place. She says the answer lies in their dedication to caring for the animals they serve. “[We] love all the dogs as much as we can. We’ve got big ones and little ones and everything in between,” she said. “We have a lot of mutts, we take any breed of dog pretty much. We’re really diversified in our dogs and diversified in our employees. [We are] really accepting of everything.”
