We were excited to learn all about how The Paw Spa has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the owner, Laurie Vrem.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes The Paw Spa stand apart from their local competitors. For Laurie, it all comes down her love for animals. In speaking with her, it is clear that she has followed her heart into a career that she is absolutely passionate about. She loves working with animals, and dedicates time to give each dog the attention they deserve. She is willing to take the extra mile for every client. Laurie says:
“Each dog that comes through here is important, and we’re small, so we’re very personable.”
Building Success Through Love
The Paw Spa has certainly managed to build an incredible reputation. We were curious about how they have marketed themselves over the years. Laurie shared with us that though they have a website, they basically operate through word-of-mouth referrals and reviews.
Offline, it has been very important for Laurie to be present in their community by working as often as she can in the local animal shelter. She shared:
“That’s one of my top priorities, the less fortunate. It’s really sad that there are so many in the world.”
