Not Your Average Photographer
Autumn, one half of the Autumn and Adam co-owner team at The People Picture Company, took some time to chat with us about her business’ online reputation.
First things first, we asked Autumn what it is that sets The People Picture Company apart from other businesses in the area. “Our main goal is to become part of the family. I don’t want to just be there for your wedding. I want to be there for the baby, the Christmas card, the first day of school, if you’re happy I want to be there to capture it! We’re also prepared for anything,” she told us. “We bring tools so that we can help set up, we help groomsmen with their boutonniere, and we help in any other way that we can. It’s all about being a part of the family and not just the event. We do 12 hours instead of the 6. We’re there getting ready with them to learn who jokes with who, the vibe of the group, and so that we can capture some great moments even before the event starts. We believe in a healthy work-life balance! Our staff is part of what makes us fantastic. We do everything we can to keep them happy.”
Building Success Through…
When asked about her business’ secret to success, Autumn points to their customer care, saying “We take pride in being able to take care of our customers. The bulk of our business is referral based. We work with people from start to finish with their weddings, so by the end of it, we’re more like family. One of my favorite things is seeing people posting pictures on Facebook and raving about our service.”
