We were excited to learn all about how SERC Physical Therapy has been able to build such an incredible reputation, so we sat down with the Clinic Director, Hannah Bohl.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes SERC Physical Therapy stand apart from their competitors. Hannah told us, “We have extended hours! A lot of clinics close at 5:00 PM, which can make it hard for a lot of people to get therapy done. Our clinicians are all highly trained and certified, and our patients stay with the therapist that they begin with, which helps build a rapport and a relationship between patient and clinician. Every step of our process is about the patient and their needs and meeting them there.”
