We were excited to learn all about Action Plumbing and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Kevin Hoppe.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Action Plumbing stand apart from its competitors. Kevin humbly told us a bit about his business:
“We are just a local business here in Lawrence. We have really good employees that work for us. We pride ourselves on doing great work for a good price.”
He continued by telling us about their specific business mission:
“We install the best and repair the rest. We think we put in good-quality fixtures and parts for people and just do anything we can to help improve the plumbing in their homes.”
Building Success, Online and Off
Action Plumbing has managed to build such a fantastic reputation that we had to ask Kevin how they have gotten their name out and grown their business. He told us that it all comes down to word of mouth. Of course, they have also noticed the benefits of positive online reviews. When we asked Kevin about their secret behind getting those reviews, he said that they just do the best job they can for their customers, and if someone calls them with a good comment, they will ask that they also leave that comment for them online.
