The first question we had for Tracy was what is it that sets Green Team Realty apart from their competition in North Dakota. Here’s her response:
“We’re a boutique real estate company. We can give more attention to our clients because we’re not a huge company. We like to consider ourselves by many other titles, like counselor, curb appeal expert and negotiator. We really CARE for our customers. I’m there to make sure that the listings are great through the whole process. I’m there for the staging; I’m there for the inspections, and I’m there for the photos.
