Not Your Average Real Estate Broker

We were excited to learn all about Wessel Real Estate and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Buyers Agent, Don.

The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Wessel Real Estate stand apart from their competitors. Don is one of the exclusive buyers’ agents in Greenville, South Carolina, and is one of the few agents who works solely with buyers. He has a strong background in finance and accounting, and pairs that with his extensive knowledge of the area to help find the right home for every client. He told us that he does not sell homes, so he remains free from having that conflict of interest stand in the way of working exclusively for the home-buyers. He told us:

“[Our mission is to] work in the buyers’ best interests and to get someone on their side. Buyers need representation. A lot of people may not realize they need the help I offer. My goal is to get the best house for the client.”

Wessel Real Estate has gained an incredible reputation, and Don said that they have grown largely thanks to referrals! Don also told us that he has done some work online to help market and grow this company, but that currently, he does no paid advertising.
