Not Your Average Restaurant
We were excited to learn all about how Dita’s Family Restaurant has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the co-owner, Sara Fadilovski.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Dita’s Family Restaurant stand apart from their competitors. While we learned about their amazing food, and its consistency and quality, it is their stellar customer service skills that truly sets Dita’s Family Restaurant apart from the crowd. The owners make it a point to have genuine conversations with their customers and treat their guests like family.
Between the amazing food and loving atmosphere, many of their guests are returning customers. Sara said that many of their clients aren’t just following their business’ Facebook page, but are friends with the owners on their personal pages.
Building Success Through Community and Customer Service
Earning an award-winning reputation is no easy feat, so we were excited to learn about some of the ways Dita’s Family Restaurant has marketed themselves and gotten their name out there. We learned that the only advertising they have ever done was the week they first opened. It came as no surprise to us to learn that all of their business comes from word of mouth. As a community-focused business, Dita’s Family Restaurant tries to stay actively involved in fundraisers. They give gift cards to local organizations and sponsor two softball teams.
There are many businesses out there that are looking to build as impressive a reputation as Dita’s Family Restaurant has managed to. We asked if Sara could share any expert advice with these companies. Here’s what she had to say:

Our decision to move here and make your home our home as well has truly been one of the best choices of our lives.
