We were excited to learn all about Grider Field Restaurant and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the manager, Stan.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Grider Field Restaurant stand apart from their competitors. Stan told us that they put out consistently fresh and delicious food, and that they have the best, home-cooked meals that are unique to the area. Their unique location also helps them to stand out — they are located inside a regional airport!
Building Success Through Word of Mouth
Grider Field Restaurant has built up quite an impressive reputation over their 10 years in business, so we were excited to talk with Stan about some of the ways they have marketed and grown in that time. He told us that they have really grown thanks to word of mouth, and that people will often go out of their way to stop and eat there. He said that maybe someday they will make a website. Many of the overwhelmingly positive reviews certainly refer to this spot as a ‘hidden gem.’
