We were excited to learn all about Riley’s Hot Dog & Burger Gourmet and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owners, Rick Charamtom and Deb Dalena.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Riley’s Hot Dog & Burger Gourmet stand apart from its competitors. Deb told us all about their fresh and unique offerings. She said:
“I would say it’s because we have a very creative menu. We make everything fresh every single day. We cut our fries, press our own burgers, and make our sauces. Nothing is taken out of a freezer. We make what we would like to be served if we went some place.”
Deb went on to tell us a bit about why they started their business:
“We love to cook, and we wanted to have a place where people can eat and leave with a smile.”
She continued, telling us about why they keep doing what they do:
“There are not a lot of places to relax and eat. We have seen over the last five years that the customers that come here have a spot to meet their friends, family, or clients. We make everyone happy by filling their bellies. We get to know our customers’ names and ask them about their days.”
