Our mission is to provide our tenants with the best price and the best service, and to make them want to come back if they ever need storage again.”
Building Success by Making Their Presence Known Online

“When we first introduce ourselves to a new renter, we simply ask them if they’ve read our Google or Yelp reviews, and then if they’d like to do one themselves. Positive or negative, we like to know how we can change our ways to better fit our clients’ needs.”

“Keep pushing and don’t give up! The hardest part of collecting reviews is asking. Most clients won’t think of writing a positive review without a little reminder. You have to remember that we are now living in the digital age, and the first thing someone does when they want to try something new is look it up online.”
