FASTSIGNS of Cincinnati has managed to build the kind of reputation any business owner would envy, and to learn a little more about that reputation and this one-of-a-kind business, we sat down with the owner of the Cincinnati franchise, Lane Pence.
The first thing we wanted to know was what makes FASTSIGNS of Cincinnati unique compared to the many other sign companies in Ohio. Here’s Lane’s response:
“This is a custom industry. The interesting thing is that we need to know their business or product better in order to make a better sign. We do a lot of environmental design work, large murals and dimension letters. We really try to create a unified look for a customer. We have an in-house graphic designer and talented installers.”
Lane went on to tell us that the Cincinnati location was opened in 1999 and that he became the owner in 2017. Lane has a background in sales and marketing and has always loved design and small business. FASTSIGNS was a good fit for him because he was new to the industry and needed more technical support.
