We wanted to learn all about SignArc of Beckley and its impressive online reputation, so we took a few minutes to talk with the owner, Matt Helms.
The first question we had for Matt was what is it that sets SignArc of Beckley apart from their competition in West Virginia. Here’s Matt’s response:
“I’ve been in signage since I was 17 years old. I do it because I have a passion for it; I love what I do. Every job that leaves our shop is a job that I’d be proud to leave the shop because it’s something we’re passionate about. It’s not just a job for us. We use the highest quality and have some of the best designers that are out there. We love what we do and show it through our work.”
We also wanted to know what their mission is at SignArc of Beckley and how they work to make the world a better place. Here’s what Matt had to say:
“I’m a Christian, and I was raised to do everything as if I was doing it for God. If I wouldn’t do something to God, I wouldn’t do it to you guys. I’m not going to let crappy work come out because I feel that would be representing the wrong thing.”
Matt went on to say:
“We like to be involved in the community by giving back any way we can through food drives, clothing and however we can help out. We’re not just a franchise with a CEO in California. We live in the community and want to make it a better place.”

Matt attributes SignArc of Beckley’s strong online reputation to their commitment to customer service and to providing a good product. He added:
“We ask clients to leave feedback, and we ask that, if there’s any reason we didn’t earn five stars, please let us know so we can fix it before they leave the feedback.
