We wanted to learn all about Arbor Pros and its impressive online reputation, so we took a few minutes to talk with Dan Omler, who co-owns Arbor Pros with Chayce Cassani.
The first question we had for Dan was what is it that sets Arbor Pros apart from their competition in Nevada. Here’s Dan’s response:
“We make sure we have well-trained, polite employees first and foremost. You can do a great job, but it’s the little things that set you apart. Stick to your appointments; call ahead to let them know you’re on your way and clean up after you’re done! You have to have great communication! I’m a Marine Corp veteran, and from that, I learned that the number one rule is looking professional. We have clean, crisp uniforms and trucks.”
Dan went on to add:
“We have five ISA certified arborists on staff, and one of them is on every single job. We also have utility specialists on staff. We’re the only company in our area that has their pesticide license from the Nevada Department of Agriculture. We don’t just do trimming. We also do removal, planting and treatment.”

“I worked in private tree care for other companies and used to be a General Contractor. My partner and I started doing trees as a side job, which garnered us a great reputation and led us to buying our own equipment. We’re now one of the biggest companies in northern Nevada!
