Kevin and Jenny Dell’Oro, the co-owners of Lawn Doctors of Annapolis, generously gave us a few minutes of their time to tell us about this one-of-a-kind business and its award-winning online reputation.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that sets Lawn Doctors of Annapolis apart from the many other lawn care companies in Maryland. Here’s Kevin and Jenny’s response:
“Our focus first and foremost is on our team. We make sure that we don’t just have employees that can do the job. We have people that care and are properly trained. When it comes to the customers, we make sure to communicate well, have great response times and great service. Grass is a living organism. Equipment and people are on the grass every day. We’re on it fertilizing six to eight times a year, but lawnmowers are on it 30 times a year and homeowners are on it daily. It’s not about having a service that comes out once a month; it’s about having a strong relationship with our clients, so that they can relay any problems that they have and we can help them!”
Kevin and Jenny went on to say:
“The one thing we have done in the last year is tackle mosquitoes and ticks. We bundle pest control with our lawn service, and it’s a great value for the homeowner!”

Our office staff also asks our customers to leave a review when they call in for payment. We are new to this business. We bought it in 2018. Our reputation has really skyrocketed since we’ve come on, and that’s happened through our digital marketing presence. Reviews are a big part of our success!”
