What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
We strive for integrity and honesty, and our reviews reflect that. We send out thank you cards; though, we don’t ask for reviews. When people like our service, they leave reviews.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
Our team builds high above the standards of most people in most cities. Beyond that, we’ve been in business for 40 years and offer a 10-year warranty. We believe good fences make good neighbors and help people get along.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
We truly enjoy our customers and making a difference in people’s lives. We take pride in providing them with the necessary security.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
Working with various community organizations, like 4-H and Make a Wish, has helped us to both get our name out there and give back to the community. However, we’re a family business that has been around for a long time, so word of mouth is strong as well. The Next Door app has been amazing for us, as well.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Stay honest and have integrity. Build it right the first time, and build it to last. Reviews are big, so leaving your customers extremely happy is important.
