Our business is built on the idea of mutual respect from the ground level up and in every single aspect of our business, we keep that fundamental core value in mind. With that as our foundation, excellent customer service simply comes with the territory. When you consistently deliver excellent customer service, it inspires a great deal of loyalty and satisfaction in your customers, who then share their experiences with the community.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
Compassion and dedication to excellence set us apart. Our customers aren’t just customers, they’re our friends, and we make every effort to treat them as we would a friend. Combined with over 10 years of experience in computer repair and general IT applications, we offer the best solutions and the best experience in local computer repair.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
We enjoy helping our community and being a positive force within it. We know that things break and our current society would have you believe the best solution is to buy another one. Our team believes there is a better way. Guided by the fundamentals of “Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle”, we attempt to minimize the impact e-waste tends to have on the environment and economy.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
Word of mouth tends to be our second greatest draw with first-time customers, after various online sources of information. As I said before, our customers tend to want to share the experiences they have with us and we are constantly seeing friends and family of our other customers come in based on their recommendations.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
If you have a genuinely good and worthwhile product and you believe in it deeply enough, it will grow like any other thing that you invest yourself into. Remain humble and hardworking and success will find you.
