Mark Macco Architects has managed to build the kind of reputation any business owner would envy, and to learn a little more about that reputation and this one-of-a-kind business, we sat down with the owner, Mark Macco.
The first thing we wanted to know was what makes Mark Macco Architects unique compared to the many other architecture firms in Florida. Mark told us:
“Good design doesn’t have to cost a lot. It simply needs to be well considered. The most important element of design is listening to the clients. Listening to the client is critical. Taking what they want and turning it into a design that they love doesn’t necessarily mean that it is going to be extravagant or expensive. You just have to use the tools necessary to make the architecture sing. We also use building information modeling and offer a very comprehensive set of construction documents. We pride ourselves in having very few to zero change orders in the field as a result of errors and omissions.”
