We spoke with owner, Tony Starks, about his approach to business and how he created such a stellar online reputation. Providing an honest and comfortable atmosphere for their clients has always been of the utmost importance to Tony and his team. In his own words “it’s our job to build great relationships with our customers.” He calls the shop a “true ‘Cheers’ environment”, where barbers and customers develop real friendships. This has certainly created a loyal customer base and an extraordinary online reputation. After all, sometimes, you want to go where everybody knows your name.
Building Success Through Talent and Dedication

They do what they do because they love it. When we asked Tony what advice he had for other businesses that are looking to improve their online reputation, he had this to say:
“Don’t be afraid to ask for an honest review of your business… Obviously, if [the customers] have a problem, you can help them out. I reach out to one-star accounts and change them to five because I reach out. If there is a problem, I offer [to give them their] money back and [provide a] free service. I want to make sure they are happy. I always monitor my online reviews…”
