Gina Eady, owner of Jive Dance Studio, took some time to speak with us about how her company gained such an extraordinary online reputation and what exactly makes Jive so special.
With a well-defined and uplifting environment, Jive Dance Studio is a haven for its employees and students alike. The team has a unified focus on supporting and giving love to the people they serve. Their culture is one of encouragement and closeness, something that makes it feel less like a business and more like a “sisterhood” to the people in it.
Everyone on the team is genuinely passionate and committed to serving their students. Gina herself treats the studio as one big family. There is nothing more gratifying to her than getting together with other people to enjoy the process and art of dancing. She mentioned that she loves everything involved with the world of dance and made clear her gratitude for the relationships, families, and friendships that have developed within the studio she opened 22 years ago.
Building Success Through Passion and Unity
We wanted to know how Gina built up such an outstanding online reputation for her business. Marketing-wise, Gina focuses mainly on word of mouth and referred business, but supplements it with apparel and studio swag, as well as promotions on occasion. When we asked what advice she would have for others, she gave us five tips for providing an excellent experience for customers and boosting online reputation.
