What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
My keen attention to detail and dedication to building quality relationships with my customers helps me to keep up a great reputation both online and in person.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
As a one chair shop, I’m able to truly connect with my clients. I like to think that this format gives of the “old-school, comfortable, men’s barbershop” vibe. I work hard to make everyone feel welcome.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
I’m really passionate about the work itself. I love the people I serve and the relationships I’ve built. It’s also awesome to get to do my art all day long.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
I believe my good work speaks for itself. A lot of my business comes from word of mouth. In order to encourage that, I offer a referral rewards program that people seem to really like.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Build relationships, do quality work, and pay attention to detail. Really promoting your referrals is also very helpful.
