My five-year anniversary is on October 1, and I have surrounded myself with people both in my industry and those in other industries who were willing to share what has and has not worked for them. I love to learn from other people who have done ‘it’ well (and those who are willing to be honest about their failures as well!). I’m very aware of the fact that I don’t know everything and want to learn as much as I can from people who are willing to share!”
