We wanted to learn more about this two-time award winner and how they managed to build such an impressive online reputation, so we took a few minutes to talk with Jamie Knoer, the owner of Brilliance Salon & Spa.
The first thing we wanted to know was what makes Brilliance Salon & Spa a one-of-a-kind beauty salon in New York. Jamie pointed to her experience and the fact that she does a lot of blonde styles, which is really trendy right now and helps them to be competitive. They pride themselves on staying ahead of the trends, and they are one of the few salons in the area that offers custom color and Brazilian blowouts.
Jamie went on to add:
“I am the owner and hairstylist. Shannon is our manager, microblade and nail tech. Taylor is another hairstylist and also specializes in lashes and waxing. And Roselyn is our service coordinator. We all work hard as a team to satisfy our customers.”
