We spoke with the man himself, Delvin, about his restaurant’s stellar online reputation.
One thing that became overwhelmingly clear to us from our conversation is his dedication to quality in all that he does. “Hard work pays off. If you’re not consistent at what you’re doing, you won’t get consistent results. You get what you pay for. If you only want quantity, I’m not your man. If you want quality, I’m your man,” he said.
Building Success Through Quality
Delvin’s secret to success is really no secret at all. In fact, all it really boils down to is great food. “Our food speaks for itself,” he said. “Basically, all of our catering business is done through word of mouth. We don’t use business cards or anything. We’re consistent and we under promise and over deliver.”
