Not Your Average Home Inspection Company
We were excited to learn all about Foothills Home Inspection and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Dan Johnson.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Foothills Home Inspection stand apart from its competitors. Dan told us:
“I am a one-man-shop; I do all the marketing, billing, etc. When you use me, you aren’t getting a call center; you are speaking directly to the owner. I also do a 90-day warranty. If I tell you that something is in good condition, I make sure that it is correct. I do a pre-listing inspection that will also bring real estate agents leads. I’ll do a pre-listing inspection, so we know ahead of time what issues might happen.”
We asked Dan about the Foothills Home Inspection business mission, and he told us:
“Our goal is to mitigate surprises. When people are going to do what is usually the biggest transaction of their life, I want to be a consultant for my client, minimize as much stress and surprise as I can, and set them up to have a healthy, well-taken-care-of home.”
