We were excited to learn all about Little Dog Tech and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Lead Business Support Technician, James White.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Little Dog Tech stand apart from its competitors. James told us that they are moving from working with strictly residential into also supporting small businesses. They are able to provide general support, as well as support for servers and individual workstations. They focus on the actual set-up, so that everything will run as smoothly and reliably as possible. James said:
