TJ Dalton, lead technician and the founder of TJ’s Mobile Computer Services, generously gave us a few minutes of his time to tell us about this one-of-a-kind business and its award-winning online reputation.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that sets TJ’s Mobile Computer Services apart from the many other computer IT services in Kentucky. TJ told us that he started out working for a company that he didn’t feel comfortable working for anymore. In 2012, he decided to start his own business that focused on establishing trust through customer service. TJ treats all customers the same, regardless of how much they spend.
