We were excited to learn all about Travis Electrical Service, LLC and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with Administrator, Reagan.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Travis Electrical Service, LLC stand apart from its competitors. For Reagan, it all comes down to treating people well, both their employees and their customers. She said that happy employees means happy customers, and that they treat their employees like family so that they know they are appreciated.
Reagan told us that their company’s core values are trust, excellence, and service, and they filter everything they do through that. Part of that is understanding the customers’ perspective and implementing the Golden Rule. It is important for them to treat customers like they’d treat family.

Reagan told us that prior to Travis Electrical Service, LLC, the owner, Chris, who is a second-generation electrician, spent years working as a firefighter, so giving back to the community is very important to him. He is heavily involved with Clarksville Christian School and is always looking for different ways to serve the community he loves so much.
